Are 3D-printed fingernails the future of manicures?

6 Feb

I am seeing a future where teenage girls get together to do their nails, but instead of polish and a brush they gather around the family 3D printer. The Laser Girls have proven that this lifestyle is not as far away as we may think. The design duo, Sarah C. Awad and Dhemerae Ford, create, print, and ship 3D printed decorative nails.

Made to be used in the same way as acrylic nails, these are made from dyed nylon and sculpted using a 3D printer. They are continuously coming up with new designs that you can check out in their online store.
